A Cornerstone Project Manager will be nominated for the overall Fabrication and Mechanical Installation scope of the project. Our Project Manager is assisted by team members from all other parts of the Cornerstone company as required.

Under our Project Management Methodology, all projects must have a project plan that details the key issues and provides a single point document to which all Project team members can refer to find out information pertaining to the operation of the particular project.

Our Safety Manual documents our policy and commitment and provides a comprehensive introduction to safety & safe working practices, hazards, risk assessment, incident reporting and first aid.
